We do have a couple options for your 2022 Honda CR-V, however I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7345. This hitch is capable of handling up to 3,500lbs trailer weight, and 525lbs of tongue weight.

For wiring, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118741. This is an extremely easy to install kit that simply plugs into your vehicle's factory harness, no cutting or splicing is required.

The price difference is pretty staggering between the EcoHitch part #306-X7345 and the etrailer part #e98848 and considering there really isn't a big advantage one has over the other the choice seems to be pretty easy to go with the etrailer…
