Thank you for answering, however, if all hitches need to be trimmed, theres no point in spending $200+ now for a hitch. The original hitch e98848 will work as well. When I called your company someone confirmed the e98848 will work. Please double confirm for me before I order.. thank you so much Expert Reply: Our fitguide can be somewhat confusing at times but the EcoHitch part # 306-X7345 that you referenced does fit the Hybrid and Touring models. It also fits the models that arent Hybrid and Touring which is why you saw the message you mentioned. The trimming of the rear fascia is very minimal too so this would work great for you. All hitches for your vehicle require some fascia trimming so this is not something youd be able to avoid.

Yes, the etrailer hitch part # e98848 is a confirmed fit for your 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring. This would be the hitch I would go with if I were in your situation due to the fact it's most hidden, higher quality, and also priced really well.
