The replacement hardware for the Curt Trailer Hitch # 13551 that fits certain model years of Ford Flex you need Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK.
All you need to do is go to this product page, enter the model number of your hitch in the box that says "Hitch Item Number" and then select the correct manufacturer from the drop-down box.
Simply enter "13551" in the "Hitch Item Number" box and select "Curt" from the drop-down menu.
I have added a link to a video review of Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK for you to take a look at as well.
