This product is not compatible with my SUV, I tried to return it but was past the time I was allowed to do so. This product still sits in the original packaging in my garage. Sorry that I have nothing good to report.
Although the directions are a bit vague and the picture's numbers and letters don't match/jive, I figured it all out and the installation was successful.
This kit is very easy to install. Newer vehicles are impossible to wire from scratch, this unit plugs in and solves all the problems. No splicing or soldering. Lots of miles on it and no problems at all!

I had a great experience with trailer and there personnel were very helpful. I purchased the trailer wireing,receiver and trailer tires. Awesome company!!!
The install was great and went smooth no problem. The youtube videos on how to install the trailer light adapters were great. Took me about 20 min. to complete the job. The only draw back was that I elected to go with the "route-the-wire-through- the-tirejack-box" route. It was fine, except that when I rented a U Haul trailer the wire wasn't long enough and it disconnected from the trailer on sharp turns. So I rerouted the other way they demonstrated and it worked fine. My advice is go through the bumper, not the tire jack box. The rerouting only took me another 20 min.
Ordered a Curt trailer hitch receiver to mount on a 2003 Dodge Caravan to pull an old Scamp trailer. Came promptly, installed easily and works well.

Once again everything I ordered for this hitch were excellent products. Directions great, videos, all parts in the boxes down to wire ties and dust caps in true English not poorly interpreted gibberish. Glad to do business with your quality organization, please don't dilute the quality to compete with the bargain bin places. It is one thing to buy a cheep wrench for the kids to use but I install trailer hitches to keep trailers attached to vehicles.

Bought a electric brake controller and it was matched to my tow vehicle with quick plug in hook up no cutting and splicing or using a meter to figure out wiring same as putting in the wiring plug no fuss hook up.
When calling and speaking to a sales associate they are very polite and precise to the product and the vehicle application matches.
