There is only one Curt hitch that fits your 2018 Honda Civic sedan and it's the Curt hitch part # C11604. I would actually recommend the Curt part # C92UR instead though for your vehicle because it does not require a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack and because only the hitch tube hangs down below the rear bumper so it is much less visible.
