Currently there are only class I receivers available for your 2017 Honda Civic. I have included all the receivers below as there are different ones depending on if you have a hatchback, sedan or coupe. All these cannot be used with a center mounted exhaust outlet.

I have a 2019 civic sport with Center exhaust if I relocate my exhaust and other small frame modifications will this fit my civic sport?

@John We have seen some redesign their center mounted exhaust to be able to use the receiver. So while we do know it will work I cannot tell you the extent of the modifications which will be required.
