This hitch is made for light-duty work like small trailers, cargo carriers, or a bike rack. Once installed, only the receiver tube shows. The main body tucks up behind the bumper for a clean, almost factory look that doesn’t stick out or take away from your vehicle’s style. The square-tube design keeps it sturdy while staying as hidden as possible.
This hitch is built for do-it-yourself installation. It mounts directly with a bolt-on design using factory attachment points, so there’s no welding or fabrication needed. Well, I am sure your veteran friend is grateful! What a generous thing to do for someone! Real quick, I just wanted to point out to keep in the mind that this hitch has a max tongue weight of two hundred pounds which would include the weight of any carrier accessory as well as the scooter. Thank you both for your service!
