Adapter to Use Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar with Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plates

I am a little confused about what adapters if any can be used to attach a Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar to this Base Plate. The Blue Ox adapter BX88178 is for the Roadmaster EZ brackets with a crossbar. This particular EZ bracket does not have a crossbar. The adapter BX88185 says it only works with the MX or MS series baseplates. Is there something available for me to use?

There is an adapter available to use your Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar # BX7420 with the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-523184-5. What you will need to use is the Blue Ox Tow Bar to Roadmaster EZ5, MS, and MX Base Plates Adapter Brackets # BX88185.
