I spoke with my contact at Timbren and the overall height (with spacers) for the part # TMBRSP35B that you referenced is 6-3/8 inch, the height of the # TMBRSP35A is 5-7/8 inch, and the # TMBRSP25A is 5-3/8 inch.

For your 2021 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 all you need to install a SumperSprings kit is the part #SS62KV that you referenced. We kit all of the needed parts together with this part number which means it's the only part number you'll need.
