I have a 2005 Ford F350 4wd dually with a BW outside frame mounted flip ball hitch.I am looking for a airbags. Can you recommend a kit.

The Firestone Ride-Rite, part # F2400, fits your 4-wheel drive 2005 Ford F-350 even with the B&W gooseneck hitch, part # BWGNRK1108 installed. It's a good kit too; Firestone is generally regarded as one of the top manufacturers for air bags.
If you want to add a compressor to monitor and control the bags's psi from inside your truck I recommend the Air Command I, part # F2097.
I've linked an install video of when installed both the suspension kit and the air compressor in a 2005 F-350 like yours.
