Question:
I am looking for a direct bolt on class 3 or 4 hitch for a 2007 new body style 1500 4 door with the 58 bed. What are my options?

As long as your 2007 GMC Sierra New Body has the standard rear bumper (see photo), I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 14301. This is a direct bolt on hitch that will not require any cutting or drilling. You will also be able to retain the use of the factory spare tire with this hitch. It has a Class IV rating with a 2" receiver tube opening. The hitch is made right here in the U.S.A. and comes with a lifetime warranty.
I have attached an install video of this hitch installed on a similar truck for you as well.
