If you already have the round wiring connector on your 2016 Ford F-150, then you simply need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Pole Flat Connectors # C55774. If you do not have the round connector and instead have the rectangular connector, then you will need the Replacement OEM Wiring Harness for Ford F-150 # C56110 to give you a 4-way and then add the 7-way wiring kit for brake controller # ETBC7 and connect the brake wire to the blue wire in the driver's side frame rail and the black to the orange/red wire in that same frame rail location.
