Effortless Installation: Plug-and-Play Design

Say goodbye to complicated wiring with the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness. This setup requires no cutting, splicing, or tapping into your vehicle’s wires – simply plug it in, and you're ready to go. It's perfect for drivers who want a quick and efficient installation process while hitting the road with confidence.

Versatile Connectivity: Compatible with Multiple Connectors

Upgrade your vehicle's connectivity effortlessly. This harness not only provides a 7-way, blade-style trailer connector to power your trailer's signal lights but also works seamlessly with 4-pole, 5-pole, and 6-pole adapters for total adaptability on the road. Whether you're towing a small utility trailer or a full-size RV, you’re covered.

Lightning Fast Signal Transfer: Reliable 7-Way Connector

Achieve seamless communication between your vehicle and trailer with our reliable 7-way connector. Designed to transmit essential signals like tail, brake, reverse, and turn lights, this robust connector ensures a smooth, uninterrupted towing experience, leaving no room for traffic signal blunders.

Protection Against the Elements: Spring-Loaded Dust Cover

Keep your connections pristine and fully functional with our spring-loaded dust cover. It snaps shut when not in use, defending against dust, grime, and moisture – factors that could otherwise lead to troublesome corrosion. Your towing reliability remains uncompromised through every weather condition.

Robust and Secure: Durable Slit Loom Wiring

Our wiring harness features a tough slit loom that safeguards the contained wires. This ensures durability and protection throughout your travels, keeping everything neat and secure as you navigate various terrains, from smooth highways to rugged off-road paths.

Enhanced Power Distribution: Amperage Specs Tailored for Safety

The T-Connector offers a tailored power distribution with a maximum of 10 amps per circuit for stop, turn, and tail lights. It supports up to 30 amps for power circuits and 20 amps per circuit for trailer brakes covering 3 axles, ensuring your trailer’s electrical system is robust enough for safe and reliable towing adventures.

Quickly and easily install a 7-way, RV-style trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom harness. Connector plugs directly into existing tow connector on your truck - no cutting, splicing or tapping required.

by:

Installation was super simple. It took all of 7 minutes start to finish. If I ever need to install one on another truck I know where I'll buy it from.

by:

Easy to install with informative instructions in the packaging and reference videos online. I love the fact that I was able to tap into the factory wiring harness without the need to splice any wires.

by:

Product is great. Video help is great too. Unfortunately my ground location was sketchy and that caused some issues. Customer support was on it and helped solve the problem.

Good Service

2019 Ford F-150

Fairly easy to install, watch the videos for help. I installed mine in the bumper where the factory plug would have been. Looks clean and there is a bracket you can bolt to behind the plastic. Had to drop the spare so if you are also installing a hitch be sure to have it all ready so you do not have to drop it twice.

by:
2020 Ford F-150

The harness was perfect except for the ties were too small and the mount they provided was not for this harness. The mount screws did not align with the plug. The plug was literally, a plug and play with the right length ties and a few minor modifications to the mount the end results was a victory.

by:

I installed the 7 pin trailer connector socket in the bumper where the factory socket goes. The wiring harness was quick to install and went together well. I used the included zip ties to secure the extra wiring up and it all looks great and works well.

by:
2015 Ford F-150

Very straight forward. Less than 5 minutes to install. Love that it is a direct plug in to the factory harness.

This works perfect on a 2019 Ford F150… I was able to determine that the wiring harness on my truck would except this plug and still let me utilize the four way… Make sure to look at the harness at the rear of the vehicle before you order anything universal… This saved me a lot of time… The hardest part was installing the bracket for the seven way.

by:

Worked great and ready to go.

2019 Ford F-150

Perfect fit for my 2019 Ford F-150 XLT. It fits like a glove and feels as sturdy as can be. I will always buy hitches from etrailer & Curt.

by:

It worked perfectly hooked it up and had mounted in 5 minutes
Thank you guys

by:

This harness has served us pretty good. The only issue we have had is our left back up light doesn’t work.

Etrailer is just awesome my package got shipped somewhere else an it just sat there etrailer made it right. You guys rock

by:
2015 Ford F-150

The hitch fit perfectly. It was definitely worthwhile to watch the videos on the installation, as that was hugely helpful.

Really pleased with the quality and finish of the hitch, even though it tucks up perfectly and you cannot really see it.

The price was very reasonable and the hitch arrived in only a couple of days. I did choose to install the 7-way Trailer Connector into the bumper cover, as there is a hole behind the plastic already for the factory connection, as you can see in the pictures. A 2 inch hole saw made quick work of that part.

The T-Connector wiring harness was awesome. This was definitely plug in and ready to go just like the video.

In general, great price and product support. Thank You

by:

The harness connector quality was exceptional. Easy installation. Great service as well.

by:

Wow! This is a great product! Its plug and play with the right parts. I suggest calling and speaking to someone before ordering this harness because the bracket for the seven pin plug is not included and the one I ordered didn't have the hardware holes in the right place requiring me to spend considerable time reworking it to fit (customer was waiting in the lobby!). If the harness had come with the right bracket, it would have taken 15 minutes to install. Unless you have tiny arms, you must lower the spare and then drill one hole for a ground wire (screw included). Overall, I still rate it as a 5 star because it is a great part and Mariah A. did and EXCELLENT job of getting it to me on short notice. I suggest etrailer.com recommend the correct bracket that fits that plug on the page for this harness.

I recommend the Pollak Mounting Bracket and Installation Hardware PK12711U when a mounting bracket is needed with a 7-Way connector because this mounting bracket has slotted holes for installation, allowing for more wiggle room with the size of the 7-way mounting holes.

My F150 did not come with the tow package. This was the perfect harness. I watched the video and followed the directions exactly. Worked perfect. Didn't need to lower the spare or put on jacks. Just hosed off underneath the day before so I had a semi clean area to work in.

Easy and clean installation!

by:

Wow. Great customer service. This wiring kit has been installed for a whole year. No issues at all, is stilll tucked away nicely. I even got a flat and had to drop my spare tire, wiring harness was not an issue and was not in the way, sat nicely tucked away.

by:
2020 Ford F-150

This was a very easy installation just like it says plug and play. I used a 2" hole saw and mounted it on bumper where factory one would have been installed instead of using mounting bracket I purchased with it. It Looks great and took maybe a half hour to install. Very good quality.

by:

The order arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. However, the bracket I. ordered did not have holes that matched the trailer cable connector requiring me to drill for correct fitting. I did have a technical issue which I was helped with by Ricky. He was helpful in trying to solve this problem.

The correct 7-way kit for your 2018 Ford F-150 that matches the rectangular connectors you sent us a picture of is the Curt part # C56413. I attached a picture our installers took that shows this connecting to same connectors.

  • Will Curt 7-Way Trailer Connector for 2019 Ford F-150 Charge a Trailer Battery
The Curt harness you purchased (thanks by the way) part # C56413 is a fully functioning 7-way connector after you install it so it has a 12 volt circuit supplying power to your trailer's battery. With that being said you won't be able to charge up your trailer battery if it dies from the truck because there just isn't enough amperage. It's meant to maintain the trailer's battery while traveling to keep the battery from dying. To charge a trailer battery you need something like part #...
