I have a better hitch solution that will fit regardless of your bumper style. The Draw Tite part # 75105 fits the 2001 Toyota Tundra whether it has the factory towable bumper or not so it would be a great choice. The towable bumper is one that has a ball hole in it for a hitch ball to mount in.

For a weight distribution system that would work well with the capacities of this hitch and the weight of the trailer you listed the Strait Line part # RP66083 would be what you want. It has a tongue weight range of 400-800 lbs and features only sway control on the market to fight sway before it starts.

For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
