Thinking about purchasing a hitch for a 2004 Toyota tundra with standard cab for a friend he wants the heaviest duty one he can get is class 3 the only ones available n which brand is best weight rated

The safety chain holes are well hidden on Curt trailer hitch #C13180. There is a part of the hitch above the receiver that attaches to the vehicle bumper. The holes are in that plate. I have included a picture pointing them out.
