The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75105 is a confirmed fit for your 2006 Toyota Tundra as long as you are willing to remove the factory hitch if equipped. I went out to our warehouse and measured the overall dimensions for you which I have attached a photo of.
If you can tell me what you will be using the hitch for I would be glad to offer some additional recommendations for you but regardless, I recommend using the hitch cover part # 63080 to keep the inside of the receiver tube from rusting.
