Thank you for the picture of the rear bumper of your 2006 Toyota Tundra. Based on seeing that the Draw Tite hitch part # 75105 that you referenced will fit it. I attached an install video for this hitch on a similar Tundra as yours for you to check out as well.

The safety chain holes are well hidden on Curt trailer hitch #C13180. There is a part of the hitch above the receiver that attaches to the vehicle bumper. The holes are in that plate. I have included a picture pointing them out.
