Can you recommend a weld on trailer fender to use with a 5.30 x 12inch tire and rim?

A trailer tire of size 5.30 x 12 has an overall diameter of right around 22-inches when mounted and fully inflated so you can refer to the linked page for trailer fenders that displays all 12-inch-wheel-compatible fenders made of steel that will weld on.
We have rounded fenders in steel, such as # CE17720.
