Mounting Bracket Recommendation to Use with CE Smith U-Bolt

Trying to replace the fenders for tracker bass boat trailer. Im planing to use the u-bolt CE15288GA to mount the bracket to the fender. I wonder which bracket work better for it CE26212G or PF1135-BKT-2?

I prefer the longer mounting slots of the CE Smith Galvanized Steel Step # CE26212G for use with the U-bolt kit part # CE15288GA as that will give you a bit more flexibility in where the fender installs on the trailer frame.
