What metal fenders do you recommend for 20.5x8x10 tires? Seems like most 10inch fenders would be too narrow.

The Jeep-style trailer fender you referenced, Redline Single Axle Steel Trailer Fender # J10821,
does fit 10-inch wheels and is a weld-on application. Your tire size, 20.5 x 8 - 10, has a modern metric size equivalent of 205/65-10 and this size fits a 6-inch-wide rim. Please refer to the linked article on tire sizes for additional information. This width tire/wheel will easily fit a 10-inch-wide fender.

We don't have the Single Axle Trailer Fender part #HP49VR in black but you certainly could paint it black if you wanted to. A latex or acrylic paint would work great. You'd just need to make sure it's designed for metal applications.
