I have a Club Cab 2004 Dakota. Spare tire underneath. Before purchasing this hitch, I need to know for sure that I do not need to remove my spare tire from underneath bed of truck. Thank You.

The Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, # C13145, will fit your 2004 Dodge Dakota Club Cab with the spare tire underneath the truck. You will not need to remove the spare tire.
The only note on the installation instructions for the Curt hitch for your vehicle is that the exhaust hanger may need to be repositioned.
