Your Faclcon 2 tow bar would connect to the quick connect assembly which connects to the base plates on the vehicle. I've provided you a diagram from the installation instructions that will show you exactly how the whole towbar/base plate connection comes together. If you're missing the quick disconnect portion, you can obtain a replacement using part # 910021-00. Keep in mind that the Falcon 2 towbar is only directly compatible with Roadmaster base plates. If you have base plates from another company, you'll need an adapter. If you have Blue Ox base plates, use the # RM-031 adapter or for Demco base plates, use the # RM-034 adapter.

To safely flat tow the vehicle, you'll also need safety cables like part # RM-643 as well as a lighting solution so the Civic's taillights work in tandem with the motorhome and a supplemental braking system.

I'd recommend a magnetic mount tow light system like # RM-2120, because of their simplicity and because of the fact that they'll remain completely independent of the tow vehicle's wiring. No cutting or splicing needed. For a braking system, I'd recommend going with the Stay-IN-Play, part # SM99251. The DUO stays in the Civic even when you're driving it so it's easy to use once installed.

According to my research, your Civic is capable of being flat towed, but you'll need to follow the procedures outlined in the 'Emergency Towing' section of the owner's manual TO THE LETTER. I'd urge you to confirm this for yourself.

I'll link you to some FAQ articles about flat towing. I hope you'll find them helpful.
