Hi I recently bought a 2006 chevy 2500 hd and the 7 way plug was ripped off some how. Im looking for complete wiring from frame to the 7 way

If your 7-way twists into place in the bracket under the bumper or in the hole in the bumper, you can use the # PK11916 twist in connector and the # PK11998 pigtail. The pigtail would wire up according the description shown on its product page, which you can see by clicking the provided link.
If your truck doesn't have the knockout in the bumper and the trailer connector mounting bracket is damaged as well, you could use part # HM40975-11998 which includes both the pigtail and a 4-pole/7-way connector.
