Jack has performed as expected under heavy load. I use spring bars so I need jack to lift so bars can be hooked correctly.
The worked great for several trips. Then it started a clicking noise every few seconds while raising the foot. I'm nervous about it failing but shipping it back is not an option. So I'll use it until it either fails or figure out why it's clicking.
Everything went together great, one and only complaint is that the ground wire should be white not black. Black and red are for positive, white is for negative so now the white negative wires in the trailer box has a black wire

I agree! Wouldnt it be nice if all wiring trailer and towing related were standardized?? The photo looks great - thanks for sending it along!
All in all, it assembled on to my travel trailer, with ease. But, then of course, I've done this a few other times. Only thing I found, not wrong, but could be an improvement, and that is the black wire was about a foot short.
From the ups driver to right on my trailer. Hooked up a temp/ perm to a Milwaukee 12 AH.

It has worked flawlessly. It has helped mostly because my wife can raise or lower the tongue so I dont have to exit the vehicle during the hook-up process.
Great jack lots of power picks up the truck and trailer much easier for distribution hitch hook up
It has been installed 1 hour, so far it worked 1 time. How about allowing time to actually install the jack and use it for a bit before sending multiple emails requesting a review!

Electric jack is working very well, uses very little battery capacity. Only issue is no vertical stops up or down before fuse blows. I try to watch the travel of the leg up or down trying to guess when I have gone too far trying to save the fuse. I have a package of fuses in my truck to be sure I dont get stuck somewhere. Included head cover is well made and I faithfully use it, maybe black is not the best choice for my area where it gets over 90°, 4 to 5 months a year. Overall well made and easy to install. I read other answers stating the jack has vertical stops, mine doesnt. Is it working correctly?

The battery powered jack works great I use the trailer I put it on once a week during mowing season and it has worked each time I have pushed the button
Great replacement for my 25ft travel trailer. Installation was pretty easy. Ground wire could be longer (why not same length as power wire?)
The FACTORY one did not have a ground wire on it. I’ll like the fact that the replacement did the only question I have is what type of fuse should I be using on it? I noticed the original which wire in directly to the battery with no fuse, I went ahead and put a 25 amp fuse on it, but it works great.

Glad you like it, Thomas! This has a 20 amp auto-reset fuse built in, so you actually do not need to add a fuse to it. That said, having a 25 amp one installed isn't going to hurt anything either. What kind of trailer did you install this on?
Jack worked pretty good. Install was easy like a bag to cover. Hopefully you sell future bags.
Works great. Have used it for a year now. It is installed on a 2018 rockwood roo 233s there is plenty of clearance for the fold out bunk. I can also still open my tailgate with the trailer on the hitch.
We have larger propane tanks so the short crank doesn't work. We used our larger crank and it cranks a lot harder than the lippert that came with the
camper. The installation was fairly easy and it came with a cover which we like. We didn't know we needed one on our first trailer jack. Figured thats what burned it out!
Loved the steps taken from start to finish with the updates who had contact with the product and its journey to me which was very quick. It came well packaged and was easy to install. The jack itself is smooth and not very load even under a load unlike similar jacks from other brands. 10/10 would recommend this to friends and family.

After camping just about every weekend last summer to early fall the Jack preformed just as good as day one. It survived a harsh Wisconsin winter and has been running beautifully this year as of right now. I still recommend it to those looking for new jacks.
Electric jack arrived in two days. Old jack sheard so couldn’t get the trailer off the truck so the arrival of the new jack was very timely. Install was easier than expected. I’m not the most electrical savy person, but once I removed the ground to the jack there was no power so cutting and splicing in the new power went smooth. Just wish the new jack had the 12awg splices included. Would have saved me a trip to the hardware store. Would have been a real problem if I had to do this on the road.
Exactly as advertised, and was easy to install. I used this to replace the old FIC one that came on the trailer and no longer worked. This e-trailer one has a thicker / sturdier base than the FIC one, and was easy to install. It came well-packaged, and in perfect condition. I like that it came with a cover, and high quality copper wires. I did have to re-use the old bolts because I have a bike rack and the bolts that came with it were too short to go through both, but that's not really an issue with the jack itself. The motor runs smoothly and the light works - I could see it in daylight when I tested it. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Looks great, Nick! Have you taken the camper out on a trip yet this season?
Just installed this on my Airstream to replace the Barker manufacturing #3500 unit which I think originally came on the trailer (m.y. 2012) and had seen some wear. My initial impression of the etrailer unit is that it’s louder than the Barker. Build quality also has a cheaper feel to it, but I was going for inexpensive. The etrailer unit is rated at #5000 so should be more than adequate. I’ll probably remove the yellow reflective “Tranformeresque” tape.
I ran into a minor issue during installation for which I will attach a couple photos The washers provided were too wide in diameter when using the stock mounting holes on the A-frame. Like probably lots of guys, after years of working on cars I practically have a hardware store in my garage and had smaller diameter washers, but I could see this being an issue if you were thinking you would just buy the jack and throw it on the trailer. Otherwise installation was a snap and I expect years of service from this jack.
Just installed it. Jack went on fine, bolt holes matched my 20’ Haulmark enclosed trailer exactly. I had to run power to the battery, and that took the longest.once connected, lifted the trailer right off my floor jack. Now I just need to tuck and zip tie wires.
Everything arrived on time. The packaging on the tongue jack was really good. The tongue jack installation was uneventful. Since the mounting bolts are meant for more of a tension load,I put the washers under the head which required some shaping of the washers to avoid the welds. I haven’t mounted the bumper hitch yet.
Brittany was a great help to find ensure the product I selected was compatible with my trailer. We checked the stroke an capacity, discussed installation. The e trailer brand jack I chose arrived the next day, was easy to install and it worked. I'm still looking forward to using it "on the road" but have confidence there will be no issues.

Its still working great. Much easier than cranking it, and the light is pretty handy too.
Bold holes lined up on my Winnebago Minnie 2500rl perfectly. Received unit, mid day, mounted, and did electrical all in the same day. I also like having the internal circuit breaker rather than a "burn out" fuse. Storage cover is a nice touch too.

That’s awesome to hear, and it looks like a clean install on your Minnie too. And I like that you called out the internal circuit breaker. That was a deliberate design choice to avoid the hassle of inline fuses, so it’s great to hear that’s something people actually appreciate in real use. Where are you taking the Minnie next?
Jack is plenty good, seems well designed and built plus the cover actually feels heavy duty compared to others. Installed on a race trailer since we had a battery in it for the winch so why not. Welded a piece of 6" C channel into the A of the tongue close to the body so the truck tailgate would clear it. Drilled the holes out further than typical so didn't have the mounting problems others had with washers not sitting flat. The reason for the 4 stars is why in heaven's name the ground wire couldn't have been the same length as the power wire to reach a battery without soldering in an extension?!? Not a show stopper but geez- I'd have paid the extra buck for 2 more feet of wire. For anyone reading this and wondering no, I purposely did not ground the battery to the trailer, less problems going direct to the battery for high-draw stuff.

Glad you are liking it, James! Well, mostly anyway. I will talk to our product development guys to see what we can do about a longer ground wire. Wouldn't be a bad idea by any stretch of the meaning. What do you tow in your race trailer?
