Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Wesbar four-pole flat connector. This connector provides simple efficient method for rewiring your trailer, with a four-way flat trailer end connector.So, this would hardwire into your trailer's wiring, and then it would provide the plug, which would plug into the tow vehicle to send the signals back to the trailer.It's a nice design. When it comes to the wiring, you actually have two brown wires on the unit. So, you have a singular white wire, and then you have two brown. One brown runs with the green, the other brown runs with the yellow. So, this gives it the wishbone design.
That way you can run your stop, and turn, and tail signals down each side of your trailer.The connector has a easy grip design on the sides, and it's easy to identify, because the wires are labeled. So, your white wire's your ground wire, and then on the actual brown and green wire, the green says right turn, so that would be right turn and brake, and then brown is taillights, and then yellow is your left turn and brake, or driver's side, and then brown that runs with that is for the taillights.That's gonna do it for today's look at the Wesbar four-pole flat connector.
got it like super fast. cut rubber one off put this solid one on yesterday works just like it should all led lights work inside works also !!!
Just what I wanted. No one had one in stock in San Bernardino Ca. I searched auto parts, trailer supply and rental yards. i found plenty of 4 pin but with 4 wire harnesses, i needed a 4 pin 5 wire hook up. Took all of 35 minutes to install in 5 steps
1. tinned wires on connector and trailer
2. soldered wires together
3. installed shrink sleeve
4. wrapped harness in protective harness
5. hooked up to vehicle ops check good.

The wiring harness works well. I do not understand why it does not come with a cover for keeping rain and snow out when not in use.

Not happy when online retailers advertise a product but ship a different brand. Everything I ordered could be fine but it's not as advertised. As an example, I ordered one item that was supposed to be Wesbar Im familiar with with that brand because I've had great luck with it. The item I got from E trailer was an offbrand. I could've gotten the same part cheaper at another location. Please don't show a brand and a picture of an item but send other brands. If you don't have it, tell me, and then I'll make a decision.
after searching locally for the correct replacement I found etrailer on line and got just what I needed. Shipped promptly and received quickly

This product worked wonderfully for my double jetski trailer. Splicing this in was definitely easier than rewiring the entire trailer. Extremely fast packing as well. Ordered on Sunday night. Packed and labeled Monday morning. It was on my porch by that friday.

The connector was exactly what I was looking for. Locally it was impossible to find a wishbone connector. The additional wire length is perfect, as I need to lengthen my connector for the new truck that's towing the trailer.
