Welcome back Thomas. The 3" long x 9/16" diameter bolts included with the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit item # APS4 will need to be torqued to 65 to 90 ft-lbs when you install the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Springs item # e97SR.

The Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit item # APS4 is designed for single axle trailers ranging from 2,000 lbs to 7,000 lbs. It includes 3-1/4" front hangers, 1-1/4" rear hangers, 3-1/8" shackle straps, and the six suspension bolts and nuts need to attach 1-3/4" wide double-eye leaf springs like item # e97SR. The hangers are constructed of 3/16" thick steel and will need to be welded to the frame of your trailer.
