WOW! I am impressed! I called to place my order and real person answered, spoke perfect English, albeit a slight southern accent, and my order was sent within a day, shipped quickly and I had it a few days later. I saved over a hundred dollars over local and installed it my self. I cant imagine how that they could do any better. THANKS!

Replacement Lids for RV Vents and Fans
Swap out a cracked or missing cover without replacing the whole vent. Each replacement lid is chosen by matching your vent size like 14 x 14 or 14-1/4", plus the hinge or pin style—continuous hinges and straight steel pins both show up on common roofs. Options in white or smoke help you match what you had, and installation is straightforward with basic tools from the roof.
No, the lid can be replaced without removing the entire fan. Remove the Phillips screws on each side, disconnect the lift arm supports, and slide out the hinge pin. Open the vent partway to free the crank arm, or open fully if your setup needs it. If sealant is on the hinge, carefully cut it with a razor knife and keep self-leveling caulk from flowing into the upper hinge on reassembly.
Replace with the exact size and hinge style your vent uses to ensure it closes completely. A mismatch, like a larger lid than your vent or a different hinge, can keep it from sealing. Inspect the center bracket mounting area on the new lid for proper alignment and watch for stress around that spot over time if your previous lid cracked there.
Match the lid to your vent's size and hinge style. Many roof vents are 14 x 14, but measure yours and confirm the hinge type (continuous or other) so it closes properly. Check how the lift arm connects to the lid and make sure the new lid has the same connection points. If your vent is slightly different inside, you may need to remove a few parts to reach the center rail screws.
A Phillips screwdriver and a very thin metal rod help with the hinge pin. A razor knife will cut old silicone at the hinge. Use self-leveling caulking over the screws after installation, but watch that it doesn't self level into the upper hinge. Cranking the vent open halfway or fully can make disconnecting the lift arms and crank easier.
