Looking for a replacement vent cover for a maxxfan vent. Model-4700G Serial-2112-4700G-0885

Thanks for the information Jesse and welcome back! We have two options to replace the vent cover on your MaxxAir MaxxFan Model 4700G vent. They are the Replacement Lid item # MA10A40002K in white or item # MA10A40009K in black/smoke.

I recommend going with the white Replacement Lid item # MA10A40002K if you're interested in a brighter spectrum of light being allowed into your trailer. It does a better job of reflecting heat from the sun as well. The item # MA10A40009K in black will have a tinted spectrum similar to wearing sunglasses.

@JesseG Right on! That's a nice setup! I would go with the white Replacement Lid item # MA10A40002K since that's a pretty big common area. It'll let more natural light in.

@JesseG Yes it fits perfect, I had to replace mine cause the old one broke right were the angle brackets are mounted, due to the lid hitting the cover.but that’s not the lids fault,

@JesseG I have a '24 same model and it fit just fine. Parked under a pine tree and had 2 buy a second one because they broke the original and the replacement. I just put a ton of duct tape on it to lessen the impact, lol. But it's a direct fit, easy to replace.

It fit exactly like the original. Same quality thickness and size. Also the mechanical mechanism was the correct fit. Original was damaged by broken tree branch from storm. Would purchase again if needed.

I used the white replacement lid and I'm very happy with it. Seems to let in just the right amount of light without having too much. Be very careful putting it on not to bind anything when putting the pin through it because I was working off of a ladder and not on the roof and cracked the lid not being able to see what I was doing when I was putting the pin in the hinge.
