Installation can be a quick bolt-on or may need drilling, depending on your frame.
Measure your mounting bolt hole spacing and bracket area on the frame first. If the holes don't line up, drilling or slight modification may be needed, and some installs use outriggers—verify the outrigger is approved for a single pull-out step. Reuse existing hardware if it matches and is in good shape, or plan for new hardware.
Match the step drop to your door position and frame configuration. If you need a minimal top-step drop, a 1 Step pull-out step helps keep the first step height in check. Check ground clearance so the step doesn't extend too far down. If the entry is still too tall, consider adding a portable step at the campsite for easier access.
