We do have license plate lights that are submersible and can be used on your boat trailer, though the Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light w/ Bracket # LPL55CB is not submersible.
Instead, you will need the Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light with Bracket - Submersible # LPL56CB. I have added a link to a video review of this light for you to check out.
