Light Kit and License Bracket Holder Recommendation for the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE

I have this rack. I am often concerned of being pulled over for petty things when going through small towns while travelling. One of those things is blocked taillights and license plate. I want to mount the license plate with an illuminated bracket on the square center tube endcap, and some trailer/cargo carrier lights on the endcaps of the horizontal bars. Wired up to a 4 pin trailer light connection. LED or incandescent, dont really care. Recommendations?

For your application I recommend the Light Kit # 20174 and 2 of the Mounting Bracket # BK70BB. These will mount under the horizontal bars for the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR.
When it comes to the license plate bracket I'm not quite sure what you could use though because any bracket with a light that we carry, like part # LPL56CB, is going to require more space to mount it than this bike rack provides. You might have to mount this kit to the horizontal piece as well because of this.
