Looking for a 4-wire 9 oval taillight, stoplight and turn signal for my Jayco NorthPoint. Also need one with license plate light and holder. Thats one with license plate holder and one without.

The Command Electronics Lights # 328-003-85 & # 328-003-85L are the closest lights we have to the lights on your 2020 Jayco North Point 5th wheel. These lights do not have the reverse light function so they only have 3 wires.
If you wish to retain the reverse lights you can use 2 of the Dual LED Trailer Tail Lights # CE86FR. You will need a separate License Plate Mount # LPL56CB as these tail lights do not have the ability to also act as a license plate mount.
