The product is good but a bit tideous and after installing it my bracket fell and it was a pain to get replace it support made me buy the replacement pieces and the bracket didnt come with just the bolts, and at the end they told i have i had to buy the whole unit because based on their system my truck didnt have issues with installement and the manufacturer didnt supply that bracket cause it special order so in general i dont recommend in my choice better to get it welded.
Easy to install and Although I've not hauled anything of significant weight, it works perfect for my bike rack.

You will need to ensure you torque up correctly and will need the correct bit and torque wrench
The part fits perfectly. Very easy to install. The only set back , is having a torque wrench to torque the 1/2 inch bolt to 320 ft pounds at home . But, I do have one I can use at work. Problem solved .
Fit was good, although I did have to file one of the holes to get it aligned. Works well towing my 5000 lb trailer

Product installed with ease, issue was hitch arrived 14 days after ordering, and did not include instructions. Curt website was helpful on proper torque requirements.

I dont pull a trailer much but it works great. Everything stayed tight. No complaints.
I am very pleased with my hitch/receiver I ordered for my 2021 Ram Bighorn.Went on with a perfect fit.I will definitely order from etrailer again.
It fit like a glove on my 2020 Ram Bighorn. The only problem is that I did not have a torque wrench available that would torque at the recommended setting of over XXX pounds for the two 3/4" bolts. But I used an impact wrench and I'm sure they will not loosen up. Great product and I do recommend it.
Good product installation simple. For those with a sport bumper with no plug and hole. Remove the rear bumper and everything else is the same. The reinstall. Approximately 45 minute job

This product solved a problem of attaching a bike carrier to the back of my 2021 RAM 1500 pickup truck. The truck did not come with a hitch receiver which was necessary to attach my bike rack to the truck. Quick and Simple installation.

I was really disappointed when my towing package on my truck was not complete and this was the exact part I needed. Came very quickly and installed easily.
Installed a trailer hitch and light wiring kit on a '07 Rav4. The weld nuts were rusty and dirty. This caused me the most problem. The instructions were easy to understand and very helpful. Had to do a little bending to get the holes to line up. This is common for a weldment. The electrical instructions were excellent and easy to understand. Somewhat difficult to route the wire to the battery. Easier if I had a hoist. Do have to use the shifter over ride for some reason. I suspect something in the electronics. Dealer should be able to help.
