Hi Chris,
Yep, I can give you part for a Curt trailer hitch on your 2022 Ram 1500, and there are a couple options. Since you mentioned Class III, the only one would be for if you had the Class III tow bumper, and for that you'd need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13419.
This will bolt on right under the step bumper of your '22 Ram 1500 so it's super simple to put on. The other option would be a Class V hitch, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15005, which bolts onto your frame.
