Hey Scott. You don't get much easier than the Draw-Tite item # DT37MR hitch you were looking at as far as installation goes. It'll take you longer to get your tools around and the hitch out of the box than it will take to get the hitch installed.
I checked with Draw-Tite and when their item # DT37MR is installed on your 2024 Ram 1500 it's only a class III hitch. The reason being is that's what the bumper on your truck is rated for.
Since this style of hitch is limited to 6,000 lbs, I recommend going with the Curt item # C13419. It has an identical installation method and capacities but is a better option price wise.
I linked a couple of installation videos below so you can see how easy it is to get these hitches installed.
What kind of trailer are you going to be pulling?
You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Hello Thank u for the answers. I need a hitch with about 8000# tow. Not sure how much my trailer weighs as it’s a homemade trailer but it’s a beast so want to make sure I have enough to pull it
