Question:
looking to purchase a bolt flat head 3/4-10x3.00 for your hitch I have. The hex bolt doesnt allow flat cover to fit.

No, I am sorry Steve we do not have a 3/4-10 x 3.00 carriage bolt or one with a flat head. I recommend checking your local hardware store. It'll need to be a grade 8 bolt.
