The Class III OEM bumper mounted hitches for your 2022 Ram 1500 have a similar design to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13419 which is a simple 3-bolt installation that attaches to the bumper. It looks really clean but the bumper isn't a heavy-duty towing application so the pressure placed on it from a weight distribution system will be too much for the bolts, but from what I can see I'm not seeing any restrictions on using just sway control so something like the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control # 335TSC-1000 or mechanical Curt Friction Sway Control # 17200 should be just fine. You'll want to double check this with your copy of the owner's manual.

If you're wanting/needing to use a weight distribution system for your towing setup then I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15005 instead because it uses more hardware that's installed directly to the frame of your truck so it's more durable and heavy duty.

To choose a weight distribution system you need to find the loaded tongue weight of your trailer and add that to the weight of any cargo sitting behind the rear axle of your Ram truck. Ideally you want this number to fall in the middle of the tongue weight range of your weight distribution system so if you can let me know what this adds up to I'd be more than happy to make a recommendation from the linked selection!
