I have a 2020 Ram 1500 that I need a trailer hitch for, what's the easiest to install option? I don't want to spend all day on this.

The Curt Class III hitch part # C13419 is by far the easiest to install hitch for your 2020 Ram 1500 and is also one of the easiest to install hitches period due to how simple the install is. If you fast forward to the 3:30 mark of the video link I attached you can see just how easy the hitch is to install!
