• Recommended Mounting Brackets For The Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008582
  Hi Justin, None of the mounting brackets that we currently offer have the same 3" mounting hole spacing as the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008582 so regardless of which bracket you go with you'll need to drill at least one extra hole in each bracket to connect to the fender. The # CE26098G-2 has a 4" mounting hole spacing so it'll give you enough room to drill for a 3" spacing without having the holes overlap each other so this is going to be the best option.

  Hey Richard! From some photos I found it looks like the 2019 MMDI trailer uses individual fenders like the # F008582 for all four tires. Since we don't have a way of knowing what size they are on any given trailer you will have to measure and match them up. • Brackets to Use When Installing Fulton Trailer Fenders # F008582
  I attached one picture that shows how some will use the L-brackets part # PF775-BKT-2 to install the Fulton Fenders part # F008582. You will need to drill through the fenders in a couple places to use the brackets as there isn't a bracket setup that uses current bolt hole sizes as-is. So using the l-brackets under the fender like the picture shows and then also through the steps on either end will be what you'd want to do.

  Painting plastic fenders can be done but you will need to go with a paint that is a little bit flexible as plastic has quite a bit of flex and most spray paints will crack and flake off. For that I would recommend a vinyl spray paint. I used a vinyl spray paint on my motorcycle seat which flexes quite a bit and it has worked well for several years so far. Vinyl wrap would be another option as well but might be kind of difficult considering the shape of the fender.

The only 12" options we carry in black are made of plastic: Fulton - Style C # F008551 Fulton - Style B # F008559 Fulton - Top/Side Steps # F008582 If you want you can also just paint the CE Smith # CE17701ATB with a black Latex or Acrylic paint that's intended for outdoor use on metal.
