I am looking for a 13 inch rim 5 lug with a 4.5 inch lug pattern. I also need a white wall tire with that and a moon hub cap. Do you sell these?

Hey Allen. I have the rim and hub cap but we do not carry white wall tires.
For a 13" rim with a 5 on 4-1/2 lug nut pattern that works with baby moon hub caps, you'll want the Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel item # AM20214. This is a 13" x 4-1/2" black rim with a +0.5" offset. It has a 2.62" pilot hole diameter and a 1,480 lbs capacity.
The Americana Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap item # AM90086 is going to be the best option for the Dexstar item # AM20214. It's going to securely snap right onto the built in grooves. It is made of steel and chrome plated. These are sold individually.
