Konig's Easy Fit snow chains are supremely simple to use. No more crawling around on the cold ground or getting wet and dirty on the side of the road. Just drape the chain around your tire and step on the pedal on the front, center bar until it clicks in place at the bottom. No need to reach around your tires to connect chain sections. No need to drive forward or back to center chains.
To remove the Easy Fit chains, simply press the red buttons at the middle and at the bottom of the center element to release the tension, and then unwrap the chain from around the tire.
Konig snow chains are handmade in Italy of hardened manganese nickel alloy steel for ultimate durability. The dual-sided, 10-mm-diameter, D-shape links provide superior traction for excellent grip on snow and ice. The center tensioning element on each Easy Fit chain is made of rustproof aluminum for lasting effectiveness. Anti-scratch nylon bumpers on the chain and soft-touch fabric on the center bar protect your vehicle's rims.
Included with each pair of chains is a sturdy, nylon container that unfolds into a kneeling mat. Mounting instructions are printed on the inside of the storage bag, making them easily visible every time you install the chains. Konig's Easy Fit tire snow chains are backed by a 5-year warranty.
To choose the right snow chains, you must match your tire size. Those measurements can be found on the side of your tire, as shown below.

Very easy installation. However I was having trouble getting them off. I had to call customer support. We eventually figured it out, but it would be helpful to have your videos demonstrate taking them off, too.
I have a 2017 Ford Explorer with front wheel drive and these chains are tiny enough to clear the fender and wheel well connections when turning.
I have used it only twice: last year around Christmas and this past Thanksgiving week, both leaving Mammoth Lakes, CA. It's a little tricky in that unless you wrap the the rear/inside of the tire properly, or not step on the spring lever hard enough, the chain may not set and may fall off. So, once putting them on, one must drive about 5-10 yards and check them, and stop again about 100 yards later and check them again.
This last time one was not set properly by my nephew despite giving him instructions, and the chain fell off about 10 yards later. So care must be taken in putting them on properly.
Now, having said all this to caution anyone about installing these chains, I unhesitatingly recommend them. They are well worth the price. Taking them off is much easier. I was done taking them off a lot sooner than those removing other chains who parked long before me where the roads were cleared.
They get easier to put on with more practice.
Exceptional product. Use same set on 2015 Land River and 2016 Toyota Tacoma. We drive from Portland to Timberline on most weekends to ski during winter season. Easy to put on and take off. Provides excellent traction; have experienced no issues. We put them on so quickly that others around us are clearly wondering how we do so. LOL....worth the investment would not do it any other way.
These chains are very easy to install, the instructions are clear, and they arrived on the expected date. In addition, I have bought a number of things from eTrailer over the last several years and have always found everything to be well priced and delivered on time. When I have needed help, the consultants are always very pleasant and helpful and their follow-up after the order, to indicate delivery status and post-delivery satisfaction, are excellent.
I like it very much. It is very easy to install.
Excellent Chains. Easy to put on. This is my second pair. When you are trying to put on chains in a snow storm, the cost of the chains does not matter.
Wonderful snow chains! VERY easy to put on tires...even a woman could put them on.
E-Trailer answered my questions immediately to help me make the right decision of which snow chain would fit my vehicle. Product arrived very quickly and Im very satisfied.
Great customer service.
Have to at least give 3* since only pair for VW Tuareg we could fnd in 3 years. Heavy to store and not easy to put on in dry weather. Can't imagine what it will be like in freezing wet snow. Haven't had need yet to use them in our winter travels....luckily
The chains come in a flat carrying case with pictures for instructions. On my first attempt in the garage it took me approximately 2 minutes to install the chains. Unfortunately I won't get to try them in winter weather road conditions for another 10 months.
The 4 stars are for the carrying case, instructions that are labeled on the case, and for first time ease of installation.
Excellent Next Day Air option for possible inclement weather. Ordering was simple and I called to confirm I spoke to a customer service agent who was customer service agent who was courteous. I performed the dry test and was able to install in roughly 30 secs each (first time install). Thank you for a great shopping experience.

I have driven on these chains for a year. Here are my thoughts. They are probably good for someone who just needs to drive on a chain to get from their chalet to the ski lift while looking fly. However we own land in the mountains of Colorado about three miles up a private road that is unmaintained. We routinely face 6-8 inch drifts, steep inclines, and hairpin turns. When you can actually get this chain on, it works fine. However, after the first time, you will basically never get this chain on properly again. The first time I put them on, I was in love. Then I tried to take them off after getting a mix of heavy snow and dirt into the release canal. When you hit the quick release, it goes up about a quarter of the way, and you have to reach behind the wheel and pull to get the wire to release. From there, everything goes downhill. The wire stretches a little from having to pull it off the wheel. Then when you step on the quick tighten, it tightens, unless the snow underneath is too icy/firm, then it only tightens sort of. You can take it off and retry, but that loosens the wire a little bit more. Soon enough, the chain isn't actually tight against the wheel. But it stays on. Which is fine if you don't spin. But if you hit a spot where you spin, then the chain goes shooting off the back like a bola. You can put it back on, but it doesn't ever tighten down well enough again. Last time I went up to our property, I got in fine, losing one chain along the way, but when I tried to get out, got stuck three times because I couldn't keep the chains on my tires. Trying to get them on in deep snow, under tire spun icy snow, don't bother. TL;DR, great if you have to use them once or twice in cute, clean, snow. Anything of actual need, get different chains.

I'm giving these 3 stars because they were difficult to install in deep spring mush, and broke when I tried to get myself unstuck. I give them 1 star for that use. Absolutely did not work. Though I didn't get a chance to try this, I think they'd be fairly convenient to install in a chain up area to get over high mountain passes. So I'll give them a generous and hypothetical 5 stars for that, and average my rating to 3 stars.

They broke the first time I used them. I hadn't had to use them until almost a year after purchasing them and when I did the cable snapped after about 20 miles. I was almost left stranded on a mountain at 1:30am with no cell phone service in the snow. Thankfully I was able to make it slowly and safely off the mountain without chains the rest of the way, but just barely.
I feel confident that I applied them correctly based on the instructions and website videos, so I believe they were defective.
I'm still trying to contact Konig to have them replaced, but the responses I'm getting are half in English and half something else even though I chose English. So I'm pretty frustrated with the customer service on Konig's end at this point.

For such a large chain, this is so easy to fit and remove. I used it only Subaru Ascent on a winter trip to Montana driving on packed snow, unplowed backcountry roads and some ice. Worked perfectly every time

We live at 8400ft in Colorado and have a 22% driveway. In deep snow (regularly 12"+) the chains allow us to climb out with no problem. Easy on/off, just minutes and less messy in work clothes than ladder style chains. Have not used them for long duration on the road, only to extract vehicles or to climb in/out of our steep driveway.

Extraordinarily simple to install. Right out of the box, without reading instructions I tried a test fit-up. Less than a minute to fasten to my SUV, I'm almost looking forward to "chains required" on an upcoming trip.
Fast service, shipped out and delivered in 1-1/2 days, and finally... this product is well worth the price unless you savor kneeling in the snow and sleet for 30 minutes wrestling with less expensive conventional chains.

These chains are truly magical! On our first trip up to the mountains, the snow started suddenly coming down on us before the CHP could even get out there to set up chain controls. Traffic slowed unexpectedly to a stop, and our tires began to spin. We were stuck in the middle of the road. Out we popped, put on our chains, and about 3 minutes later we were (easily) moving past all the other people putting on their chains. We were literally alone on the road while everyone else got their chains on. They were that fast! Because of the weather conditions, we actually had to take them off and then put them back on two additional times on that drive, which would have been really miserable with any other chains.
I do have a couple things to be aware of:
1) You need to line the tires up perfectly in order to get them off, so it helps to have a second person to tell you when to stop.
2) During one of our installations, as we started to drive off we heard an odd sound. I got out to check and one of the tensioners had come undone, because a clip had come off of it. I was able to find the clip and get it back on, and we didn't have any further trouble - however we later inspected all the clips and saw that that one (as well as one other) did not look quite right. Worried that we would run into trouble on another trip, I called etrailer.com first - they directed me to call the company. I did, and the company was so helpful! I had taken photos of the broken chain and they quickly approved my warranty claim based on those photos and sent me a new set, in time for our next trip! We are now always careful to put the chains on, drive a few feet (so that they tighten) and then make sure they are on securely.
I still give them 5 stars - they are fantastic chains.

They (Robert) did a great job with customer service, shipping and delivery. This is the second time I have ordered from them and have been happy both times.

I must say I was skeptical about easy installation. I am pleased to say these chains were EASY AND FAST to put on. Not disappointed at all. It’s worth the extra money and this chain will work on my pickup truck and Jeep Grand Cherokee, so not that costly after all. Highly recommended

Worked easily as advertised. Great improvement in snow chain installation and removal for we elderly folks who do not want to be reaching behind snow and ice covered wheels.

Easy to install. I taught my wife and daughter how to install the snow chains in less than 1 minute. They were able to install and remove the snow chains by themselves easily. Point to note: the removal process requires some hand strength to pinch the two red tabs down and not get hit by the tension shuttle springing up. Also, the snow chains tension had to be released when I opened the box. Other than these two relatively minor issues, I'm a satisfied customer.

They worked as expected. Quick to install, quick to take off. They have a bigger footprint in storage bag due to the self tensioning mechanism, but its worth it to be able to take them on/off so easily.
