My Lexus GX 460 has 265/60/18 tires. The spec says these chains will fit 265/65/18 which seems really close. Might these chains work if needed for these tires?

We have a similar set of twist link tire chains that fit your tire size of 265/60-18 with the Titan chains part # TC2228CAM but the # PWH2228SC will not fit your size.
If you wanted a really great set of chains that install in a matter of seconds and will last a long time the Easy Fit part # TH04115265 would be a really great option as they are a fit as well.
