Does anyone make a tire chains that I can use for my 2019 Porsche Macan S on 265/45 20s that will fit and not beat the crap out of the rims ?

We do have a few different tire chain options from Konig that will fit and offer rim protection for the 265/45-20 tires on your 2019 Porsche Macan.

For a standard set of chains you'll want the XG12 Pro # th2004705265. These drape over the tires like normal and then it fits and uses plastic pieces to protect the rim.

The next step up is the Easy Fit # th04115265 which drape over the tire as well, but this is has an easy on/off system so that you won't be messing with the chain for very long outside, and it fits so that the chain won't be making contact with the rim either.

The premium option is the K-Summit XXL # TH2004565767 which mounts to your tire/wheel via the lug nut and then the only parts that will be even close to your rim are a durable plastic. What makes this the premium option is that it doesn't sit on the back side of your tire like the other 2 options do - the chains only sit on your tire tread.

If price is not an option then I recommend going with the K-Summit chains simply because the chain only touches the tread of your tire.
