This tire is ready to work. The Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire carries up to 1,360 lbs at 50 psi and meets Department of Transportation standards. It’s built with sturdy sidewalls that handle heavy loads without squirm or sway, giving you confident tracking on the road. The flatter tread profile keeps things stable and predictable when you’re fully loaded.
The bias ply design uses tough nylon cords set at a 30–45° angle in alternating layers. That crisscross pattern makes the sidewalls stiffer so the whole tire flexes evenly over bumps and uneven ground. You get solid handling and a smoother pull when trailering off pavement or across rough lots.
A high-quality rubber compound helps this tire wear longer and run cooler. The low rolling resistance design means less heat buildup during long hauls, smoother motion behind your tow vehicle, and better overall efficiency mile after mile.
The Loadstar ST175/80D13 comes with a 1-year worry-free guarantee—if it’s damaged for any reason within the first 12 months, it’s replaced at no charge. That kind of backup gives extra confidence when you’re covering serious ground or hauling heavy gear season after season.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"
