Radial trailer tires like your ST205/75R14 tires can still flat spot, but they are a little less prone to flat spotting due to them having a more flexible side wall construction compared to bias ply tires.
If you will be parking your RV for long periods of time, then using the Race Ramps FlatStoppers for Vehicle Storage - 3-3/8" Lift - 10" Wide - 6,000 lbs - Qty 4 # RR-FS-10 would be a great addition to keep your tires from flat spotting during storage.
You will place these ramps under each tire, and then use the jacks on the RV to level it. Once that is done you are good to go and will have no issues with developing flat spots.
I included a video of the # RR-FS-10 for you to take a look at.
