Question:
Thank you for your response. Now one more question will these tires fit the rims I have if not which rims would you recommend? I would like a artillery rim because of the lighter weight but will settle for a lighter rim. My wagons loaded weight will be 1200 lb at max empty weight is 500 lb. I'm going to be traveling cross the USA with this wagon and I am trying to get the weight down to a minimum every ounce counts.

It is feasible to put trailer tires on your horse drawn wagon. You would need to get tires that fit the same size wheel, which is 13 inches, and also make sure that your new tires have the appropriate load range for your wagon.
We have tires that will fit 13" wheels and are sized 175/80-13. Your current tires are 7.3" wide and have a diameter of 23.2"; tires that are 175/80-13 are 6.9" wide and have a diameter of 24". The option for a load range D radial tire, which has a maximum capacity of 1,610 lbs at 65 psi is the Kenda Karrier # AM10210. For a load range C radial tire I recommend the Taskmaster # TTWTRTM1758013C which has a maximum load of 1,360 lbs at 50 psi.
Depending on where you take your horse drawn wagon, you may be interested in using a bias tire, which is better off-road and agricultural use. Should that be the case, the available load range D bias tire is the Kenda # AM1ST77 which has a maximum capacity of 1,610 lbs at 65 psi. The load range C bias tire with a maximum load of 1,360 lbs at 50 psi that I recommend is the Loadstar # AM1ST76; this tire has nearly 900 reviews from our customers and has garnered a nearly 5-star rating.
I've left links to video reviews of each of these tires for you to take a look at, as well as a link to our selection of 13" tires and a couple help articles on trailer tires.
