Hello David,
Yes, a ST175/80D13 tire like the Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire # AM1ST77 or # AM1ST76 will fit on a 13" x 5-1/2" rim.
We don't offer 13" x 5-1/2" rims but have plenty of 13" x 4-1/2" and 13" x 5" rims such as the # AM20232 which the tire will also fit. I have added a link below to our entire selection of 13" rims.
