When worn factory springs start to sag, stability takes a hit. This 6-leaf double-eye spring restores the strength your setup needs. It’s rated for 7,000-lb axles (3,500 lbs per spring) and measures 24-7/8" from center eye to center eye. Each of the six 3/8" thick steel leaves flexes to absorb road shock while keeping your trailer level and steady under load, mile after mile.
Every bump and dip transfers force through your suspension. The layered steel design allows the spring to flex just enough to smooth out vibration and impact. That means less bounce, less sway, and less wear on your frame and components when driving through uneven or rutted surfaces.
Rust and friction can wear out a suspension fast. This spring is built from sturdy steel and comes with nylon bushings that fit a 9/16" diameter bolt hole. The bushings help reduce metal-on-metal contact so the system runs quieter and parts last longer.
Measuring your old springs is easy—just go center to center of the eyes when unloaded. Because leaf springs flatten and lengthen over time, this 24-7/8" spring is typically the right match when your old one reads around 25-1/4". It mounts to a hanger at one end and connects through shackle straps or an equalizer at the other, fitting standard double-eye suspension hardware already welded to most frames.
Leaf springs wear together. Replacing both sides at the same time keeps ride height even and axle alignment true. That means smoother tracking down the road and less stress on tires, hangers, and shackles—so your trailer rolls straight and solid wherever you take it.

Great upgrade for my 5th wheel! Easy install and amazing customer support. Unfortunately I cannot attest to further use of these as someone crashed into my rv and totalled it. I will say, given the upgrades (including these), the rv suspension helped maintain control while being hit at around 80mph right into the axles. The leaf springs actually took much of the impact and didn't break, which was surprising given the axles all bent.

Replaced all four springs, fit perfect, but broke one after 6 months, two more within the first year. 3 out of 4 broken in the first year. No warranty as they’re considered “consumable”. Bummer.
The parts ordered came without issue and were exactly what I needed to repair my suspension issues. The assistance I received from Sarah was outstanding.

These springs are a direct replacement for the OEM springs on my 2018 Bighorn 3575EL. My OEM leaf springs broke after 54,000 miles.

One year ago we were stranded in the Poconos with three busted leaf springs. After a few shipping snafu’s we received our leaf springs for our 2018 Grand Design Solitude 377MBS.
They are still in great shape and we’ve had zero issues with them!
Would definitely recommend!
I used these to replace and upgrade the springs on our 26 year old 5th wheel since we have traveled 4000+ miles from Montana to Texas without missing a beat definitely would buy again

With more then 20000 mile on these springs they are like day 1 great product
A great shout out to E trailer for helping me get my trailer spring shipped so fast and it worked perfectly. I will be using E trailer in the future. And a big shout out to salesperson Austin for following up and making sure everything was shipped and up to my satisfaction.
Installed the MORryde Equalizers, upgraded wet bolt HD shackles and 6 leaf 7000lbs springs on my 2017 Voltage and everything fit perfect...
