Looking For Replacement Leaf Spring For 2021 Grand Design Solitude GK310 With 7,000 lb Axles

Question:

I own a 2021 Grand Design Solitude GK310 with 7000lb axles. I recently had a spring break and I would like to replace with all new springs that are better quality with less chance of breaking. Any suggestions?

Hello Jeff, thanks for reaching out. We do offer leaf springs for 7,000 lb alxes so we may have an option for you. I will need to know the eye to eye length of the current springs. There is no way to look up your camper to know the spring length. It is best to jack up one side of the trailer so you can measure the springs unloaded. Leaf spring are measured from center eye to center eye.

The springs are 6 leaf and measure 25 1/4” center to center on the eye. The axle is a 7000lb axle

@Jeff Perfect! We have an exact match for that. I recommend the following: - 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/4" Long # TRU52FR Since you are replacing the leaf springs, you will also need to replace your U-bolts. For that use the U-bolt kit part # CE23003. You will need one kit per axle.
