Hey Robert, I'd be more than happy to help you find the correct leaf spring replacements for your 2017 Heartland Landmark 365 Oshkosh!
According to my research your trailer should be equipped with 7K axles so the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e64SR should be what you need. This measures 24-7/8" long (center eye to center eye) and if you lift your trailer by the frame to take the weight off of your current leaf springs you'll be able to confirm whether this length matches what you need or not.
If you have a different length please let me know and I'll be more than happy to make a different recommendation! It's also important to note that whatever you do to one side of the axle, like change out a leaf spring, you'll need to do to the other side of the axle as well so that you get the best life and performance out of your leaf springs.
